CarelyNest is a fast-growing men's telehealth company offering personalized testosterone therapy, weight-loss programs, and sermorelin treatments. We connect patients with licensed online doctors and pride ourselves on a premium, trust-building digital experience. Launched early 2025, we're scaling rapidly and looking for exceptional talent to help us convert more visitors into patients.
We are looking for a talented Conversion-Focused UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer who lives and breathes high-performance digital design. You will own the visual experience across all customer-facing pages — from landing pages and checkout flows to A/B test variants and email visuals. You'll receive clear direction (competitor references, page structures we admire) and be expected to execute with speed, polish, and a conversion-first mindset.
• Audit and redesign all customer-facing pages (landing pages, checkout, product pages) to improve conversion rates.
• Develop A/B test variants for key pages and work alongside the team to identify winning designs.
• Replicate and adapt high-converting competitor structures into CarelyNest's own brand style.
• Design premium-quality graphics for web, email funnels, and digital ads (Meta, Google).
• Produce email marketing templates that are visually consistent with the brand and optimized for engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team — receive feedback, iterate fast, and deliver.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX and/or graphic design with a **strong portfolio of conversion-focused work**
• Experience designing for e-commerce, DTC, or health/wellness brands is a major plus.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Eye for premium, high-quality aesthetics — you can tell when a website looks and feels like a top-tier brand.
• Comfortable working with reference materials and translating competitor inspiration into original designs.
• Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles — you design to convert, not just to look good.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assets simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills; if you're based internationally, prior experience at larger companies is required.
• Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to collaborate with developers.
• Experience designing for healthcare or regulated industries.
• Background in designing sales funnels or direct-response marketing pages.
