UI/UX Designer – Wealth Rewards Fintech App LATAM-FT

Role Overview

Join Wealth Rewards as a UI/UX Designer to craft a fintech web app that transforms credit card rewards into investments, including crypto, retirement accounts, and insurance products. Our mission is to enhance the value of rewards by converting everyday spending into long-term wealth. We aim to create a high-trust, modern fintech experience akin to Cash App and Robinhood.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive dashboards showcasing wallet, balance, and transaction views.
• Develop user-friendly investment flows for converting rewards into investments.
• Create a seamless, mobile-first onboarding experience for new users.
• Ensure designs are optimized for iOS/Android with responsive web support.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in fintech or SaaS design.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
• Expertise in crafting designs that prioritize trust, simplicity, and clarity.
• Ability to deliver rapid turnarounds, with a preference for MVP completion in 1–2 weeks.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with modern fintech UI styles and dark mode design.
• Experience in creating a clean, premium user interface feel.
