We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer to optimize internal tools for a law firm marketing company, focusing on improving the employee experience for call center teams. Your role will involve redesigning insurance-like systems, dashboards, client portals, and chatbot interfaces—ensuring intuitive workflows, reduced screen jumps, and efficient information display. This project prioritizes industrial UI/UX with a strong emphasis on data visualization and dashboard design.
Responsibilities
- Redesign internal tools (insurance systems, dashboards, portals, chatbots) to streamline employee workflows.
- Conduct user research with call center teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for complex data interfaces.
- Optimize information hierarchy and navigation to reduce cognitive load and screen jumps.
- Design data-rich dashboards with clear visualization principles.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure feasible, consistent implementations.
- Advocate for industrial UI/UX best practices (e.g., efficiency, error reduction).
Required Skills
- Proven UI/UX design experience, especially for internal/B2B tools (portfolio required).
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (Figma preferred).
- Strong grasp of user-centered design for task-heavy, data-driven interfaces.
- Experience with dashboard design and data visualization.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interactions.
- Excellent communication skills to align with non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS (to bridge design-dev handoffs).
- Background in call center tools, CRM systems, or legal/insurance tech.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
