About the Project

We’re building an innovative psychology training platform that leverages AI-powered simulations to support psychologists and mental health professionals in their ongoing education and skill development. The product is in its early stages and will be built from the ground up - with your design expertise playing a critical role in shaping its look, feel, and usability.

NDA is required before interview

What You’ll Do

  • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces and user experiences for a responsive web application (desktop and mobile).
  • Translate project goals and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with the product vision.
  • Create a clean, modern design system that supports interactive AI simulations and educational content.
  • Contribute to the information architecture and help define smooth, accessible user journeys.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine UI/UX.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience designing teaching, training, or educational platforms—ideally with interactive or simulation-based features.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern UI design and thoughtful user experiences.
  • Experience with responsive web design and mobile-optimized UX.
  • Ability to work with AI-driven or interactive systems is a big plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with training-related tools.
  • Understanding of AI concepts or user interaction with AI agents.
  • Experience designing dashboards, workflows, and profile/customization features.
