The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to own hiring for engineering and product roles as we grow. Working remotely from anywhere in LATAM, you’ll partner directly with hiring managers to run a fast, high-quality recruiting process and help us tap AI tools that boost sourcing reach and decision speed.
What You’ll Do
- Run full-cycle recruiting—intake, sourcing, interviews, and offers—for multiple technical positions at once.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines across LATAM through direct outreach (LinkedIn, GitHub, regional tech communities) and referrals.
- Coordinate interview logistics across time zones and maintain clear, timely communication with all candidates.
- Advise hiring teams on talent availability, sourcing strategies, and market compensation trends.
- Track funnel metrics in lightweight spreadsheets or dashboards and share weekly progress updates.
- Introduce and experiment with AI-driven sourcing, screening, and scheduling tools to increase efficiency and candidate quality.
- Continually refine job descriptions, interview guides, and scorecards to keep the process efficient and consistent.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of end-to-end technical recruiting experience at high-growth software startups.
- Proven track record filling senior engineering roles in the US and Latin America.
- Advanced Boolean/X-ray search skills and proficiency sourcing on GitHub, Stack Overflow, and LATAM-specific communities.
- Fluency in English and ability to overlap at least four hours with US Pacific Time.
- Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable working 100% remotely.
- Curiosity about—and willingness to adopt—AI tools that streamline recruiting workflows.
