Technical Project Manager - Full-time - LATAM

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and project management, with knowledge of the manufacturing industry being a significant advantage. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing a team of software developers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a software development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any risks or issues that may arise.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
• Ensure that software solutions meet business needs and enhance manufacturing processes.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and practices.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems is highly beneficial.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software development project management.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry or with manufacturing-related software is a plus.

Team Structure:

• Lead a team of 5-10 developers.
• Collaborate closely with clients and other departments to ensure successful project delivery.
