Technical Project Manager for Health-tech Development Team - (AI & Tokenomic combined)

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the execution of EyeLabX’s digital health ecosystem, which integrates software, AI, blockchain, and IoT wearable technologies. You will work closely with the Lead Project Manager and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives. This role requires strong project management capabilities combined with sufficient technical understanding to engage in system-level discussions and coordinate engineering execution across multiple domains. You will not act as a software engineer, but you are expected to understand technical architecture at a high level in order to effectively manage dependencies, identify risks, and ensure alignment between all technical workstreams.

This role sits at the center of EyeLabX’s technical execution layer, ensuring that AI, tokenomics, software, and IoT systems work together seamlessly to deliver a unified digital health ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Planning and Coordination:

-Support planning and execution of end-to-end technical projects across software, AI, blockchain, and IoT systems

-Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure alignment on architecture, timelines, and deliverables

-Track interdependencies between frontend, backend, AI modules, smart contracts, APIs, and IoT devices

Cross-Functional Execution:

-Work closely with developers, AI engineers, blockchain engineers, IoT specialists, and product teams

-Translate product requirements into structured technical tasks, milestones, and user stories

-Ensure smooth communication between all technical stakeholders

System & Integration Tracking:

-Monitor system-level integration across multiple components (apps, backend services, AI models, blockchain logic, and IoT devices)

-Identify integration risks and coordinate resolution with relevant teams

Project Monitoring & Reporting:

-Track sprint progress, delivery milestones, and technical blockers

-Provide clear status updates to the Lead PM and stakeholders

-Maintain visibility across all active development streams

Risk & Dependency Management:

-Identify technical and operational risks early in the development lifecycle

-Manage dependencies between teams and propose mitigation strategies

-Ensure continuity and stability of development cycles

Agile Delivery Support:

-Support Agile processes including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives

-Help teams maintain delivery discipline and iterative progress

Documentation & Process Improvement:

-Maintain accurate technical project documentation, timelines, and reports

-Continuously improve project workflows, coordination efficiency, and delivery processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

2–4 years in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or similar roles in a tech environment

Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams is strongly preferred

Technical Understanding:

-Basic to intermediate understanding of:

-Software architecture (frontend/backend systems)

-APIs and system integration

-AI/ML systems (conceptual level)

-Blockchain / smart contracts / token systems

-IoT or connected devices workflows

Project Management Tools:

-Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com

Preferred Experience

-Experience in AI, blockchain, or IoT-based product development

-Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

-Experience working with distributed or remote engineering teams

-Exposure to token-based ecosystems or Web3 applications (plus)

-PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification (optional)
