Tech Project Manager (Trading/Financial Product) - Full-time - EMEA/APAC

Project Overview:

We’re building a high-accuracy intraday signal generation system for XAU/USD (Gold). The system leverages rule-based logic and GPT-supported AI to generate 4–8 precision signals per day, using custom indicators and multi-timeframe analysis on TradingView.

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive execution across cross-functional teams working on quantitative research, AI/ML modeling, and platform development. This role requires strong organizational skills, a solid technical background, and the ability to convert a strategic vision into actionable milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate quant, dev, and ML teams.
• Translate vision into project roadmaps and sprints.
• Track milestones, system testing, and delivery.
• Ensure alignment, documentation, and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects, ideally in the trading, financial, or AI/ML space.
• Familiarity with quant strategies, technical indicators, or intraday trading workflows.
• Exposure to TradingView (Pine Script), signal generation systems, or data pipelines.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams with agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical background in computer science, data science, or engineering preferred.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of GPT-based applications or LLM integration into financial systems.
• Experience with MLOps or coordinating AI/ML development pipelines.
• Familiarity with financial APIs, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), or trading platforms.
