Team Lead / Project Manager

We are building a groundbreaking real estate platform merging 3D immersive experiences, AI personalization, and blockchain-based property ownership. We are seeking an experienced Team Lead / Project Manager to drive end-to-end execution of the platform, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features aligned with business objectives. You will play a critical role in strategic planning, sprint execution, technical coordination, and stakeholder communication for this multi-dimensional product.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of GoldenCity’s product roadmap across frontend, backend, blockchain, AI/ML, and 3D visualization teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation for an 8-10 month build cycle.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities, conduct stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure Agile best practices are followed.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical dependencies and proactively resolve blockers to maintain velocity and quality.
• Manage risk assessment, mitigation plans, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, product owners, and executives, providing clear status updates and actionable insights.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews, QA coordination, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
• Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, architecture decisions, and technical specifications.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and/or technical project management roles.
• Proven track record as a Team Lead, Technical Project Manager, or Engineering Manager delivering complex products end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of modern web application architecture, including frontend (React/Next.js), backend microservices (Node.js, FastAPI), and DevOps (AWS, Docker).
• Experience managing blockchain-based projects (Ethereum/Polygon, Solidity smart contracts) or deep technical understanding of Web3 concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and leading productive sprint cycles.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to align diverse technical teams towards common goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in real estate technology platforms or fintech projects.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model integration into scalable products.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, Agile Coach).
• Exposure to 3D visualization technologies (Three.js, WebXR).
• Previous experience leading distributed and multicultural engineering teams.
