Role Overview

Join Binx, an innovative AI-powered shopping analytics company, as a Team Lead Backend Engineer. In this role, you will lead the development and maintenance of our B2B SaaS and app backend systems. Your work will empower major retailers our users and brands by providing them with deep, real-time market insights through our advanced analytics console and app.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a robust multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Develop and optimize data ingestion pipelines from sources like Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Build and maintain APIs for seamless integration with our B2B console and consumer app.
• Ensure secure authentication and billing processes using OAuth2/SAML and Stripe.
• Enhance system observability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to add new features and ensure smooth data synchronization between platforms.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message brokers like Kafka/PubSub.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.

Nice to Have

• Experience with OAuth2/SAML for authentication and Stripe for billing.
• Knowledge of real-time data processing and analytics.

Role Overview

We are also seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to enhance our analytics console and consumer app. Your expertise will drive the development of fast, interactive dashboards and improve user interfaces for a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive and high-performance dashboards for the B2B console, focusing on trends, sentiment analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Enhance the consumer app's user interface by adding new modules and improving existing features.
• Ensure design consistency and performance across all frontend applications.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with styling frameworks like Tailwind and data visualization libraries such as Recharts/ECharts.
• Knowledge of real-time communication technologies like WebSockets/SSE.
