Support Engineer (for AI agents) - Fulltime - WW

About the role:

We are seeking a personable engineer who can use AI agents to solve JavaScript and
TypeScript bugs and work directly with our customers to educate them on how to use our AI
tools effectively.

In this role, you will prompt AI agents, read and debug code, and think critically about bugs and
technical issues. You'll also join live video or audio calls, diagnose issues quickly, fix code in real
time, and help users succeed.

This is a long-term position. Potential to transition to fulltime employee.

Requirements:

● Strong working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
● Solid understanding of React.js fundamentals (functional components, hooks, props)
● Light familiarity with Next.js (pages, API routes)
● Experience setting up and managing deployment platforms (e.g., Vercel, Netlify,
Supabase)
● Confidence providing guidance and troubleshooting in command-line environments
(bash, zsh)
● Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
● A calm, systematic troubleshooting style
● A positive, can-do attitude and the flexibility to figure things out
● Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment and adapting to new tools and
processes
