Stripe Integration Specialist for MODX Website

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Stripe Integration Specialist to enhance our MODX website by implementing a seamless payment system. This project focuses on integrating Stripe for managing monthly recurring membership dues and facilitating the sale of one-off items like tickets or merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Stripe into the MODX website to support monthly recurring membership payments with the checkout itself for payment information hosted at Stripe.
• Develop a user-friendly interface allowing users to view, pause, or cancel their recurring payments from their online profiles.
• Implement a system to sell one-off items such as tickets and merchandise, accessible to both account holders and guests.
• Ensure secure and efficient handling of payment data in compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in integrating Stripe payment systems.
• Proficiency with MODX content management system and extras FormIt and Login.
• Strong understanding of online payment processing and security protocols.

Nice to Have

• Experience with user interface design to enhance user interaction with payment features.
• Familiarity with e-commerce functionalities and best practices.
