## Why This Opportunity
Bring your technical depth into a role where you can influence enterprise architecture, customer outcomes, and product direction.
You'll own the long-term technical strategy for a portfolio of high-revenue, strategic SaaS accounts. Your work will range from investigating complex incidents to helping senior customer leaders plan multi-year data and privacy initiatives.
## About the Company
This investor-backed SaaS company helps enterprises manage how customer data is used across connected systems. Its software supports consent, preferences, and data-use policies so organizations can advance AI, personalization, and customer growth responsibly.
The fully remote team serves large enterprises and growing businesses. Curiosity, ownership, and technical rigor guide its work across data governance, privacy, and AI.
## Why This Role Matters
Enterprise customers need their software integrations to remain reliable as their systems and business priorities change.
You'll help customers identify architectural risks early, resolve issues across multiple systems, and turn business objectives into practical technical plans. Your recommendations will also inform product improvements and give commercial teams a clear view of account health, renewal risks, and expansion opportunities.
## What You'll Do
- Own technical account health. Guide strategic customers throughout their lifecycle, partnering with engineering, digital, data, security, and executive leaders on long-term implementation decisions.
- Keep customers informed and moving forward. Lead weekly technical check-ins, quarterly technical business reviews, and twice-yearly roadmap discussions to address blockers, changes, and priorities.
- Prevent production issues. Review post-implementation architecture, integrations, data flows, authentication, and infrastructure. Recommend reliability improvements and coordinate remediation with Support Engineering.
- Resolve complex escalations. Take responsibility for high-impact incidents that span multiple days and teams, coordinating Engineering, Product, Sales, Support Engineering, and executive stakeholders.
- Turn monitoring data into clear explanations. Investigate error rates, latency, and integration health, connecting findings across systems to explain what happened and what needs to change.
- Build shared technical success plans. Translate customer goals into adoption roadmaps that deepen feature usage, strengthen implementations, and reveal relevant expansion opportunities.
- Inform renewal and expansion decisions. Help Sales understand technical risks, business value, and opportunities through evidence-based account guidance.
- Improve the product across accounts. Identify recurring technical problems and advocate for product investments with Product and Engineering.
- Develop your peers. Mentor Technical Account Managers and Support Engineers in complex troubleshooting, customer engagement, and clear technical communication.
