Position Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of our first remote software projects, including:

• A chatbot platform leveraging LLMs to streamline vendor communication
• A construction estimation tool designed for internal use

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in independent, remote settings and has a strong grasp of both frontend and backend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable full-stack solutions using React, Python, and TypeScript
• Integrate LLM-based features into chat-based workflows
• Collaborate with product leads and stakeholders in Saudi Arabia
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to architecture decisions
• Participate in sprint planning and deliver weekly work reports
• Ensure delivery timelines are met in a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
• Proficiency with React (frontend), Python, and TypeScript (backend)
• Experience working with or integrating LLMs / AI chatbots
• Strong communication skills and English fluency
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable working with minimal time zone overlap (3–4 hours/day for meetings)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with construction industry workflows or estimation platforms
• Previous experience working with remote teams
