Sr. Full-Stack Engineer - PT Freelance - Worldwide

SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with backend expertise to productionize an MVP for a workflow automation and intelligence platform. An MVP currently exists; this role will focus on productionizing it to transform unstructured data (primarily from emails) into structured and queryable data for the live music industry.

TASKS AND DELIVERABLES

• Turn a working prototype into a production-ready product by implementing an end-to-end MVP across backend and frontend
• Architect and build production backend
• Design database schema for multi-tenant SaaS
• Improve/develop a hybrid parsing tool (rules and ML-based) for emails and documents with high accuracy (currently built in N8N)
• Improve UI that helps visualize key data in digestible ways for end users
• Integrate key external APIs to enhance product offering
• Ensure basic authentication and security features
• Work directly with the founder to clarify requirements and prioritize features
• Document key technical decisions and system structure
• Prototype, test, and iterate on product features.

EXPERIENCE

• Strong full-stack development experience.
• Python and FastAPI experience.
• Experience with React frontend.
• Experience with open-source models.
• Experience turning unstructured data --> structured data through email/document parsing
• Experience building automations / automation tools (e.g. N8n)
• Experience integrating APIs / combining internal and external data sources
• Backend leaning experience.
• Experience building MVPs or early-stage products.
• Comfortable owning architecture and implementation end-to-end.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Clear communication skills.
