Sr Flutter Developer (Firebase, App Store Launch Experience) - PT - Worldwide

Overview

We have a fully built Flutter news aggregator app (Firebase backend) that needs final work to pass Apple App Store and Google Play review, improve native UX, and launch quickly. This role requires a senior Flutter engineer experienced with store compliance and production releases.

Responsibilities

• Review and work with an existing Flutter codebase
• Fix App Store & Play Store compliance issues, including:
• Implementing guest access mode (no forced login)
• Resolving privacy, metadata, and guideline-related rejections
• Improve performance, stability, and native user experience
• Assist with App Store & Google Play submissions
• Add small feature enhancements to meet minimum functionality standards
• Provide post-launch maintenance and future feature development

Tech Stack (Required)

• Flutter (latest stable), Dart 3.7+
• Riverpod / Hooks Riverpod / Flutter Hooks
• GoRouter
• Firebase: Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics
• In-app purchases, WebView, local & secure storage
• Strong debugging, refactoring, and optimization skills

Requirements

• 5+ years Flutter experience
• Proven track record publishing apps to iOS & Android
• Strong knowledge of Apple App Store guidelines
• Experience working with existing production apps
• Ability to deliver quickly and independently
