Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Freelance Cloud / Platform Engineer to enhance our production AWS-based microservices platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, scalability, security, and reliability of an already live and active environment. Preference is given to candidates based in the UK or EEA.

Responsibilities

• Support and evolve the AWS-based microservices platform to maintain high performance and availability.
• Focus on operational excellence by monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing systems.
• Implement strategies to enhance the scalability and reliability of the platform.
• Ensure the security of the platform by adhering to best practices and performing regular audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and updates.
