We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven digital marketing professional with at least 10 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and native advertising platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation campaigns, especially in US markets, and a proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability.
They must be confident in campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, tracking implementation (pixels, conversion APIs, GTM), and performance analysis. Experience handling high-budget accounts and improving ROAS is highly preferred.
Knowledge of both white-hat and aggressive marketing strategies is a plus. The candidate should be data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of making strategic decisions based on performance metrics.
Strong communication skills, leadership experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
