OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a very experienced social media lead to build and grow EarnOS’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube from scratch ahead of its huge consumer app launch.
If you’ve successfully scaled brand accounts before, know how to blend storytelling with growth tactics, and can turn static graphics into engaging narratives that drive community, we want to talk. The important thing is you’ll work closely with the influencer marketing team to drive growth through the existing social channels.
ABOUT THE ROLE
EarnOS is preparing to launch an industry-disrupting consumer rewards app and we need an experienced social media lead to create and grow our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube from scratch. This person will be responsible for building our social channels into engaging, credible destinations that tell our story, attract early adopters, and scale community engagement ahead of launch. Especially ahead of the launch and prior to spending considerable amounts on paid marketing, the social channels need to be populated and growing in order to attract external community.
You’ll define the strategy, voice, and cadence, and work closely with a designer for visual assets. At the start, the emphasis will be on Instagram and Facebook with static graphics and storytelling. As launch nears, you’ll expand into TikTok and YouTube Shorts with short-form video and creator content.
The ideal candidate is not just a scheduler of posts, they are a storyteller, brand builder, and growth tactician who has successfully scaled social accounts from zero before.
EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally for high-growth consumer apps or brands.
- Proven track record of growing social channels from scratch to significant scale (please share examples).
- Strong sense of brand, design, and storytelling - able to brief and collaborate with designers but also make judgment calls on visual appeal.
- Hands-on familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube best practices and growth levers.
- Comfortable with analytics, social scheduling, and reporting tools.
- Creative self-starter who thrives on iteration, rapid testing, and direct community engagement.
- Experience navigating brand safety, platform guidelines, and disclosure rules.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and execute the EarnOS social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Establish brand voice, content calendar, and posting cadence, with an emphasis on static graphics and storytelling ahead of video content.
- Work with design support to create visually compelling posts, carousels, and stories aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop channel-specific growth tactics, including hashtags, collaborations, community engagement, and early partnerships.
- Track and analyze KPIs (growth, engagement rate, referral traffic, and community sentiment) to inform rapid iteration.
- Prepare channels for launch moment with an engaged audience base and a library of evergreen content.
- Partner with paid media and creator marketing to extend reach and repurpose top-performing content.
- Stay on top of trends in social, short-form content, and platform algorithms to keep EarnOS ahead.
##Compensation
- This is a full‑time‑intensity contract for the 4-6 week launch window with an option to convert to full‑time based on outcomes.
- The role is remote with overlap to support rapid decision cycles during the launch period.
