Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing on the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform and integrating various third-party tools and data sources to enhance functionality and streamline processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs.
- Integrate third-party tools and data sources with the ServiceNow platform to improve system capabilities and data flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that optimize the use of ServiceNow.
- Ensure the seamless operation and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong background in integrating third-party tools and data sources with ServiceNow.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with scripting languages used within ServiceNow.
- Experience in working with IT service management (ITSM) processes.
