Project Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced SEO and Paid-Media strategist to help scale our company, a UK-based publishing brand that turns personal stories into beautifully printed books. Our foundation is solid, with tracking and automation in place to drive growth, visibility, and measurable lead generation, especially through AI-search and optimised PPC campaigns.
About Us:
We help individuals and families preserve their stories through beautifully produced custom biography books. We’ve recently migrated to WordPress/WooCommerce and completed integrations for GA4, GCLID, and Monday.com (via Make.com).
Our automation partner manages backend data integrations—your focus will be SEO, PPC, and strategic visibility.
What You’ll Do:
- Audit and optimize Google Ads Performance Max and Search campaigns.
- Verify and maintain GA4 + Tag Manager + GCLID tracking accuracy.
- AI-driven search visibility strategy (Answer Engine Optimization) with structured data, entity strengthening, and answer-based content improvements.
- Deliver monthly strategy reports highlighting results and next steps.
- Collaborate with our CRM/automation agency to ensure conversion data integrity.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in SEO, PPC (Google Ads/Performance Max), and GA4.
- Good understanding of AI-driven search and emerging visibility channels.
- Excellent communicator—clear, transparent and responsive.
- Strategic, data-driven mindset focused on ROI and measurable results.
- Familiarity with Make.com, Zapier, or similar integration tools is a plus.
Engagement & Compensation
- 5–8 hours per week, remote and flexible.
- Initial 3-month engagement, renewable on results.
