As our Senior WordPress Developer, you'll be at the heart of our digital success, building and optimizing the very foundations of our online presence:

• Build & Maintain Masterpieces: Develop, optimize, and maintain our critical WordPress-based websites, including crafting custom themes and plugins that push the boundaries of what's possible.
• Code with Precision: Write and enforce clean, efficient, and impeccably structured code, always adhering to and promoting WordPress best practices to ensure stability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Tailor & Enhance: Customize and optimize WordPress themes and plugins to precisely meet specific project requirements, turning visions into seamless digital realities.
• Troubleshoot & Optimize: Confidently resolve technical issues across our WordPress ecosystem and relentlessly optimize website performance for lightning-fast speed and top-tier SEO.
• Innovate & Grow: Stay at the forefront of WordPress trends and technologies, continuously integrating new learnings to keep us ahead of the curve. You'll even get to dive into learning React and Node.js!
• Collaborate & Integrate: Collaborate strategically with our talented designers to implement visually appealing and responsive designs, and partner closely with content creators for seamless content integration.
• Fortify & Secure: Protect our WordPress websites against vulnerabilities and attacks, ensuring a secure and trustworthy online environment for our users.
• Cross-Functional Impact: Partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Product Design, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure our websites are always driving our strategic goals.

• WordPress Expertise: You have 4+ years of experience in WordPress development, coupled with strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Tool Mastery: You're highly proficient with Elementor and Advanced Custom Fields, leveraging them to build dynamic and engaging user experiences.
• Core Knowledge: You possess expert-level understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugins, along with a strong understanding of the WordPress REST API.
• Version Control Pro: You're highly familiar with version control systems like Git, ensuring smooth collaborative development.
• SEO Savvy: You have a solid understanding of SEO best practices, ready to build sites that rank high and perform even better.
• Problem-Solving & Debugging Genius: Your exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills mean no challenge is too big.
• Independent & Collaborative Spirit: You operate with high autonomy, consistently delivering high-quality work, working effectively both independently and as a vital part of a high-performing team.
