Tiny Health, a leader in precision microbiome wellness, seeks a highly skilled Senior Webflow Designer & Developer. This role focuses on enhancing our digital footprint by creating and optimizing marketing pages that boost user experience and conversion rates. You will play a vital role in translating business needs into engaging and effective digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive marketing, landing, and product pages using Webflow.
- Transform business briefs, wireframes, and brand guidelines into polished digital experiences.
- Maintain and enhance existing Webflow websites, ensuring optimal performance and user engagement.
- Apply CRO principles to improve page structure, messaging, calls to action, and user journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and leadership, to achieve business goals.
- Implement and manage integrations between Webflow and platforms like Shopify, Stripe, and analytics tools.
- Oversee Webflow CMS collections and dynamic content management.
- Identify and resolve layout, responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser issues.
- Support A/B testing and continuous conversion improvements.
- Ensure brand consistency in typography, imagery, layout, and interaction design.
- Apply best practices in accessibility, SEO, and performance.
- Manage website updates, bug fixes, and content changes.
Required Skills
- Over 5 years of experience in web design or front-end implementation.
- Extensive expertise in designing and developing Webflow websites.
- Proficiency in the Client-First framework or similar Webflow methodologies.
- Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, spacing, and layout.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Experience integrating Webflow with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Stripe.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for Webflow customization.
- Experience with Webflow CMS and dynamic content.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain design and technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities remotely.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
- Experience with analytics and CRO tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Optimizely.
- Background in healthcare, wellness, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer industries.
- Knowledge of SEO and accessibility standards.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Ability to create reusable Webflow components and scalable design systems.
