We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer and Website Developer who can leverage their expertise to enhance our brand strategy, design, and technical execution for clients in industries such as healthcare and construction. This role involves creating intuitive and engaging user experiences and effectively communicating the impact of design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces and experiences across various digital platforms.
• Utilize tools like Figma and Webflow to create compelling and functional designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Articulate the value and ROI of design and development decisions to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of digital projects by integrating branding elements into UI/UX designs.

Required Skills

• Over 8 years of experience in UI/UX design and web development.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and web development platforms like Webflow.
• Strong understanding of branding and its integration into digital design.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts and design decisions to stakeholders.
