This role emphasizes UX design, focusing on transforming complex user requirements and product logic into intuitive user flows and wireframes.
Responsibilities

- Clearly and confidently communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure a seamless handoff of designs to the engineering team.
Required Skills
- Over 5 years of experience in UX, Product Design, or related fields, focusing on complex applications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX work for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, operational platforms, dashboards, or data-heavy products.
- Proven ability to independently determine the best UX approach for ambiguous or complex requirements.

- Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day direction.
Nice to Have
- Experience in designing mapping, GIS, geospatial, or location-based applications.
- Familiarity with agriculture, remote sensing, or operational technology products.
- Experience designing products that integrate maps with dashboards, tables, and reporting.
- Experience in conducting usability testing or user research.
- Knowledge of responsive web and mobile product design.
This position is ideal for a senior designer passionate about solving complex UX challenges, capable of navigating ambiguous requirements with independence, and focused on optimizing product functionality over aesthetics.
