About the company
Aero Sleuth is a specialized B2B aviation intelligence platform that transforms complex aviation data into an organized, intuitive interface for lead generation. We’ve developed several Python-based tools over the years, and we’re now building a dedicated platform to streamline how this data is organized, visualized, and consumed.
We already have an initial Figma prototype (about 50% complete), including structural layout and core interaction flows. We’re now looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to refine, polish, and complete the Figma design so we can move confidently into development.
This is a part-time, flexible engagement suitable for designers experienced in web applications that feel like CRMs, dashboards, and listings platforms, ideally involving location data or map-based interfaces.
About the Role
- You’ll take ownership of the existing Figma prototype and bring it to a finished, professional state. The structure and overall workflow are already in place - what’s needed now is:
- Visual refinement
- Improved UX clarity
- Consistency of components
- Strong aesthetics
- Polished, development-ready screens
Key Responsibilities
- Review the current Figma prototype (approx. 50% complete)
- Polish and finalize the entire UI/UX for the Aero Sleuth platform
- Improve layout, visuals, spacing, interactions, and overall usability
- Ensure the design feels clean, modern, and professional for B2B users
- Apply existing brand guidelines consistently across the platform
- Create a well-organized, developer-friendly design system (if needed)
- Incorporate map-based UI elements, location markers, and dataset visualization
- Provide UX guidance and recommendations where helpful
- Deliver final, production-ready Figma files
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience
- Strong UI/UX experience designing CRM-style tools, dashboards, or listing-based applications
- Experience with map components, geolocation visualization, or location-based data
- Ability to take an existing concept and elevate it visually and functionally
- Strong Figma skills, including components, styles, prototyping, and layout systems
- Comfortable working independently and providing expert recommendations
- Excellent communication and ability to work asynchronously
Nice to Have
- Experience designing tools for aviation, logistics, real estate listings, or mobility
- Prior B2B SaaS design experience
- Familiarity with data-heavy or workflow-based applications
