Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java/Spring Boot Engineer based in the U.S. Your primary responsibility will be to take over an existing production application, ensuring its continued performance and stability. You will be tasked with troubleshooting performance issues, remediating bugs, and conducting a thorough architecture assessment.

Responsibilities

• Inherit and manage an existing production application, ensuring seamless transition and continued functionality.
• Conduct performance troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues affecting application efficiency.
• Remediate bugs to maintain application stability and reliability.
• Perform a comprehensive architecture assessment to ensure the application's scalability and robustness.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Knowledge of SNMP polling and trapping
• Experience with AWS EKS and Kubernetes for managing containerized applications.
• Proficiency in Angular and TypeScript for frontend development.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with best practices in application architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience in a production environment with a focus on maintaining high availability and reliability.
