Senior Technical Product Leader — Blockchain, AI, Fintech Supply-Chain Platform

FLORA is building an AI‑ and blockchain‑powered digital supply‑chain and trade platform to reinvent the $60 B global flower market. By combining quantum‑safe blockchain, AI forecasting, IoT cold‑chain data, and embedded fintech rails, we aim to slash waste, speed settlements, and widen cross‑border access.

We have deep domain insight and early research; now we need a hands‑on technical leader to validate tech fit, architect the system, and lay the MVP foundation.

Responsibilities

1. Run a technical feasibility scan – evaluate how AI/ML, IoT telemetry, fintech rails, and quantum‑safe blockchain interoperate; flag risks and quick wins.
2. Design the reference architecture – draft a secure, scalable blueprint (open APIs, smart‑contract layer, AI services, IoT ingestion) ready for global audits.
3. Plan proofs of concept & pilots – scope prototypes such as auto‑settlement payments and AI‑driven waste reduction along pilot lanes (e.g., Kenya → Netherlands).
4. Blueprint the MVP – define a lean, testable first build—core features, user flows, and success metrics that show early value.
5. Produce roadmap & estimates – deliver phased budgets, timelines, and resource needs that align with startup urgency and compliance realities.
6. Supply investor‑facing tech input – collaborate with the content team on whitepapers, decks, and technical roadmaps that articulate business impact.

Required Skills

• 7 + years in senior technical or product leadership across AI, blockchain/web3, IoT, or fintech (supply‑chain, logistics, or B2B platform experience preferred).
• Proven record of delivering PoCs and MVPs with early‑stage teams or as a fractional CTO / product lead.
