Senior React Developer (React, Next, API) - Part-time - Americas (Overlap with EST)

Project Overview
Listing Leads, a fast-growing real estate marketing tools company, seeks an exceptional React developer to join their team. This contract role offers potential for full-time conversion and focuses on building innovative marketing solutions with AI/automation components. The ideal candidate will have production-level React experience and a passion for self-improvement.

Responsibilities

• Implement high-quality frontend designs using React for customer-facing products
• Develop and maintain clean, efficient code for production applications
• Work with simple APIs to connect frontend components
• Collaborate with the team to estimate timelines accurately and meet deadlines
• Stay current with modern development tools and industry trends
• Participate in asynchronous workflows with clear communication

Requirements

• 5+ years production experience with React
• Strong portfolio of implemented designs in live products
• Proficiency with modern dev tools (Cursor, Lovable, etc.)
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and estimate timelines accurately
• Commitment to continuous learning and skill improvement
