Role Overview

As a Senior Python Developer at Infobel, you will be an integral part of our team, leveraging your expertise in Python, Data engineering and AI to drive impactful insights and solutions. Your experience in the field will be crucial in shaping our data-driven strategies and enhancing our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your advanced skills in Python to create complex datasets, extract valuable information and help customers solve their data-related challenges. Your insights will play a key role in optimizing our products and services, ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality data to our global customer base.

You will be working day to day to help build out our new data platform based on Apache Iceberg, MinIO, Airflow, DuckDB and DBT.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer with a proven track record of creating data-driven applications, particularly at a large scale (our datasets contain 100s of millions of rows), and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes. Your expertise in Python, Data engineering and AI will be essential in contributing to our success and maintaining our position as a leader in the industry.

Ideally, you would have also used AI in the context of data cleaning and data collection at large scale. We are alreading partnering with Cerebras for sub-second AI inference.
