We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead our user experience efforts and drive the creation of intuitive, user-centered designs for our SaaS B2B platform. This role will focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive design system in Figma and designing a robust design architecture to ensure consistency and scalability across our product. The position is open to candidates in PST (ideally Vancouver, but not required) or GMT+8 time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX Efforts: Own the end-to-end user experience design process, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to create intuitive and impactful user interfaces.
Develop and Implement Design System: Create, maintain, and evolve a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all product touchpoints.
Design Architecture: Define and implement a design architecture that supports seamless integration of UX components, aligning with business goals and technical requirements.

Requirements

Experience: 8+ years of professional UX design experience, with a strong focus on design systems, SaaS platforms, and B2B products.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Figma for creating and managing design systems. Proficiency in user research, prototyping, and usability testing methodologies.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design systems, SaaS, and B2B product design, with demonstrated impact on user experience and business outcomes.
