Senior Product-Minded Development Team for AI Mobile App

Role Overview

Join us in developing a mission-driven AI product with societal relevance, aimed at creating a wellbeing AI platform for Gen Z and families. You will be instrumental in transforming our interactive prototype into a production-ready MVP and eventually into a scalable mobile application.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-grade architecture for an AI-driven mobile app, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Safely and efficiently integrate Large Language Models (LLM) into the application.
• Build a scalable backend that supports memory management, user profiles, prompt logic, and ethical safeguards.
• Develop a clean, intuitive mobile user experience tailored for Gen Z users.
• Advise on the optimal technology stack to ensure speed, safety, and scalability.
• Work iteratively from our existing prototype, enhancing and expanding its capabilities.

Required Skills

• Expertise in mobile development using frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Strong backend development skills with platforms like Supabase, Firebase, or custom APIs.
• Experience with AI technologies, particularly OpenAI, Claude, or other LLMs with structured prompt layers.
• Ability to design and manage an admin dashboard for prompt and behavior control.
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices, including creating non-addictive, contextual memory systems.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in developing applications with a focus on ethical AI positioning aligned with parents, schools, and regulators.
• Experience in advising on technology stacks for similar projects.
• Demonstrated history of building similar apps or AI products.
