About Us
At our company, our mission is to make clean, healthy indoor air accessible to everyone, everywhere. Since launching in 2021, our products are providing breathable air in over 300,000 homes, classrooms, and offices - and we’re just getting started. We’re one of the fastest growing brands in the country, and while we’re excited about how far we’ve come, we’re even more excited about where we’re headed.
We are searching for a Senior Product Manager, reporting directly to the CEO, who will lead the development of our next set of air quality devices, expanding both within and adjacent to the purification market we’re currently in while maintaining our high-quality, user-centric standards.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company’s mission.
- Build and manage the team required to execute on that roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end product development cycle for new products that we launch and create a repeatable playbook using learnings from successful launches in the past.
- Track and utilize data (both qualitative and quantitative) to drive continuous product improvements.
- Explore new technologies, features, and enhancements to differentiate our offerings.
You have:
- Developed consumer electronics products from end-to-end (market research, sourcing, prototyping, mass market launch).
- Worked with industrial designers, engineers, and manufacturers (bonus if you have experience working with Chinese vendors).
- Technical knowledge of consumer electronics, controls, and IoT connectivity (e.g. sensors, motors, control panels, WiFi adapters, etc).
- Managed hardware product launch timelines and budgets, while balancing product vision and engineering constraints.
You are:
- Hands-on. While you’re excited to build a team, you also enjoy rolling up your sleeves to do the work yourself.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. You understand when to add more process / clarity to a workflow and when to leave room to act fast.
A clear communicator. You can explain technical nuances to non-technical audiences and vice versa.
- Excited to work with a scrappy, high-agency team
