From residential routes to roll-offs, we handle dispatch, billing, driver tracking, and customer service—all powered by LLMs that actually work. Our "Haul-E" AI assistant is already transforming customer support. Next up: route optimization that cuts fuel by 5 gallons/truck/day and billing infrastructure for 1M invoices/month.

What you'll ship in months 1-6

• Own the AI order-taker evolution — Build agents to handle messy phone audio and turning "yeah four containers at the usual place" into structured data
• Scale billing to 1M invoices/month — Architect idempotent event pipelines that handle 30k nightly invoice runs without dropping a penny
• Build the routing engine haulers love — Ship meta-heuristic VRP algorithms that beat Google Maps by factoring in truck capacity, landfill wait times, and that one neighborhood where you can only turn right
• Deploy LLM agents that close tickets — Fine-tune RAG systems so "my bin wasn't picked up" gets resolved without waking up dispatch at 5am
• Go ride in a garbage truck — Spend time with haulers doing ride-alongs and scale-house visits to validate that your elegant code survives contact with reality
