Senior Odoo Developer (Python/DevOps) - PT Freelance - Americas/EMEA

As a Senior Odoo Developer at bob, you’ll:

• Collaborate with our project managers to scope, refine, and deliver solutions efficiently.
• Design, develop, and implement custom Odoo modules and features based on client needs.
• Build modules which can be reused across multiple clients (as opposed to just quickly shipping a fix that serves one use-case)
• Ensure your code adheres to best practices
• Record video walkthroughs for code reviews and functionality demos, ensuring clarity and quality for every deliverable.
• Stay proactive in communicating roadblocks, progress, and insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Odoo development.
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and XML, with a solid understanding of Odoo’s framework and architecture.
• Experience with building third-party integrations for Odoo (integrating sales channels, 3PL providers, etc)
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including clean code, modular design, and maintainability.
