About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer who is passionate about coding excellence and user-centered design. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in the app’s technical strategy, guiding its evolution from a freemium model to a premium subscription experience. You will work closely with the team to enhance the app’s features, boost performance, and refine the user experience. Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of the mobile app, including architecture and feature development.
• Oversee the transition of the app from a freemium model to a premium subscription model.
• Improve app performance, optimize search functionality, and redesign the home page for a seamless user experience.
• Develop and deploy new features with a focus on user engagement and usability.
• Collaborate with team members to make critical architectural decisions, optimizing the app’s structure and scalability.
• Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure app stability and performance.
• Stay updated on trends in mobile development, particularly within the Flutter ecosystem, to bring innovative solutions to the app.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with Flutter development, particularly for mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, including performance optimization and scalability.
• Proficiency in developing user-centric interfaces with a keen eye for design and usability.
• Experience with automated testing and code quality practices.
