Senior Mobile App Developer

About the Role

We are a wellness startup that recently launched our app on iOS and Google Play (built with Flutter). While our current development team delivered the initial build, we are looking for a senior mobile app developer who can ensure the app is built with best practices for scalability and maintainability. This role combines a codebase audit with ongoing post-launch support to help us grow with confidence.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Flutter and cross-platform mobile development (iOS & Android).
• Proven expertise in mobile app architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with App Store and Google Play submission/review processes, including subscription models.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills for production environments.
• Detail-oriented, with a track record of delivering polished, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Strong communication skills and ability to act as a senior technical partner.

Job Description

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current Flutter codebase, identifying risks, scalability concerns, and areas for improvement.
• Provide hands-on fixes for critical issues, App Store/Play Store rejections, and urgent bugs.
• Be available for post-launch support, ensuring timely responses to stability issues and user-facing problems.
