In this pivotal role, you'll strategically shape our market presence, enhance our website and social media reach, and produce compelling case studies and thought leadership content. As a key member of our small, focused team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our brand consistently reflects the high-quality work we deliver to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and refine our brand narrative, establishing Atomic Health's position in the healthcare and tech design sectors.
- Collaborate with design and web teams to continuously update website copy, case studies, and key pages.
- Build and sustain a meaningful social media presence, creating content that mirrors our expertise and quality.
- Independently produce impactful marketing content, including case studies, thought leadership articles, and presentations.
- Support business development by crafting compelling narratives, sales materials, and proposal copy.
- Assist in pricing and packaging strategies, ensuring clarity and appeal in our service offerings.
- Execute marketing campaigns from concept through completion, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Leverage Claude and other AI tools to streamline research, drafting, content production, and analysis.
- Cultivate relationships with industry partners to enhance our reputation.
- Participate in planning events, webinars, and conferences that align with our strategic priorities.
- Analyze channel performance and derive actionable insights, maintaining focus on strategic goals.
- Maintain a consistent content and publishing schedule aligned with industry trends and our strategic viewpoints.
Required Skills
- Over 6 years of experience in marketing, brand, communications, or product marketing, with exposure to agencies, B2B services, or creative environments.
- Strong skills in positioning and messaging, with the ability to convert strategy into impactful content.
- Proficiency in content creation, with a hands-on approach to producing marketing materials.
- Expertise in using Claude and other AI tools for efficient workflow integration.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Understanding of design, branding, and digital trends, with the capacity to engage a sophisticated audience.
- Strong critical thinking and a creative mindset.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
- Availability to work during EST business hours.
- Passion for working in an industry focused on enhancing U.S. healthcare quality and delivery.
