Senior Lead Full-Stack Engineer - Fulltime - NA/LATAM

Role Overview

You will be the senior IC anchoring a small build team, shipping production code from week one. This is not a consulting engagement—you'll own architecture decisions, work directly alongside the CTO and Claude Code, and move fast without hand-holding.

You'll lead development of a sophisticated multi-tool AI platform comprising 12 integrated systems: admissions, SIS, scheduling, onboarding, Field Execution PWA, Room and Board app, ticketing, inventory, HR, student portal, plus our AI agent Morgan and the underlying multi-agent platform.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: Next.js 14 (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
• Backend: Supabase (Postgres, RLS, pgvector)
• AI: Anthropic Claude API, multi-agent architecture
• Infrastructure: Railway
• Integrations: Resend, Twilio

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog for all 12 production tools and ship features weekly
• Lead architecture decisions for the multi-tool AI platform
• Integrate and manage databases with Supabase, ensuring robust data security (RLS) and efficient vector operations (pgvector)
• Deploy and manage applications on Railway with focus on scalability and reliability
• Build production AI features beyond prompt engineering—real agentic workflows
• Guide best practices in full-stack development and AI production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on aggressive timelines

Required Skills

• Proven full-stack shipping experience with Next.js 14 (App Router) and TypeScript
• Production AI application development—you've shipped AI-integrated apps end-to-end, not just experimented
• Expertise with Supabase (Postgres, RLS, pgvector) for database management
• Familiarity with Railway or similar deployment platforms
• Builder mindset—you thrive on ownership, not waiting for specs
• Strong leadership and ability to work autonomously

Nice to Have

• Experience with Anthropic Claude API and LLM-based architectures
• Track record working remotely across US time zones
• Background in EdTech, operations tools, or veteran-serving organizations
• Comfort with rapid iteration and adapting to changing requirements

What We're Looking For

A senior engineer who has shipped production AI apps, can own complex architecture decisions, and moves fast without hand-holding. You should be comfortable being the technical anchor for a small team hitting a hard deadline.
