Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to provide a short-term, expert consultation. Your primary objective will be to diagnose and resolve performance issues in our Python and AWS-based infrastructure, which are causing site slowdowns under heavy AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify the root causes of performance bottlenecks in Python applications running on AWS.
• Implement immediate solutions to optimize system performance and ensure stable operation under AI workloads.
• Collaborate with the team to provide recommendations for long-term infrastructure improvements.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with Python programming, particularly in performance tuning and optimization.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure management.
• Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure issues efficiently.
• Deep knowledge of auto scaling, instrumenting features to monitor load, Celery / queueing
• Experience with AI or machine learning workloads and their impact on system performance.
