Summary
We the Wild Plant Care is a US-based consumer brand growing quickly. We're looking for a hands-on, full-time Growth & E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of our direct-to-consumer revenue and scale our Meta ad account from $2M to $5M+ revenue.
This is not an agency-management role and not a “strategy only” position. You will run the Meta ad account, work directly with content creators, and own the weekly revenue number. You will report directly to the Founder, work alongside senior leaders, and be expected to move fast and drive results.
If you love growing sales, are highly experienced in scaling Meta ad accounts, thrive on constant testing, and are comfortable being measured on outcomes (not decks), you’ll thrive here.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
E-commerce performance
- DTC revenue, profit and growth
- Weekly and monthly revenue targets
- MER, CAC, LTV and channel efficiency
- You will be measured weekly on revenue and efficiency, not activity
- Make fast decisions based on data, not opinions
Paid Media (hands-on)
- Personally run and optimise the Meta ad account daily (no agency buffer)
- Own account structure, budgets, bidding and scaling
- Build and test audiences, offers, formats and creative angles
- Scale what works and kill what doesn’t — weekly
Creative performance
- Own which ads go live and why
- Identify winning hooks, angles and formats from performance data
- Brief, judge and iterate creative based on what converts
- Kill weak creative quickly, even if it looks “on brand”
- Maintain a high-velocity testing pipeline at all times
You must be willing and able to work deeply with creators and editors to turn insights into ads that sell.
Website & conversion
- Improve conversion rate and average order value
- Optimise PDPs and on-site merchandising
- Build and test landing pages
- Launch new products and collections
Email & retention
- Audit and improve email and SMS flows
- Source and manage specialist partners where needed
Creative & execution
- Work directly with creators to develop, test and scale ad concepts that drive revenue
- Launch high-volume creative weekly
- Build reporting that gives clear creative direction, not just performance summaries

- You have grown a US-based DTC brand from roughly $2M–$10M in revenue
- You have personally scaled Meta accounts — not just managed agencies
- You understand what makes ads convert, not just how to optimise them
- You are commercially minded and comfortable owning revenue, MER and CAC
