The Role

We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer who not only excels at traditional development but has embraced AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development velocity. You'll work on our core platform that integrates with Practice Management Systems (PMS) and leverages cutting-edge AI technologies including GPT and voice synthesis tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack features for our dental CRM platform using React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Build and optimize AI-powered workflows, particularly around voice scheduling and natural language processing
• Design scalable APIs and microservices deployed on AWS/Kubernetes infrastructure
• Implement and maintain HIPAA-compliant features handling Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Integrate with third-party dental practice management systems and AI services (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, etc.)
• Optimize Elasticsearch implementations for efficient data retrieval and search functionality
• Collaborate on architectural decisions for scaling from hundreds to thousands of dental locations
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Proven experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to enhance productivity
• Strong understanding of AWS services and Kubernetes orchestration
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with webhooks
• Proficiency with Elasticsearch or similar search technologies
• Understanding of security best practices and data protection principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI/ML workflows or integrations (OpenAI API, LangChain, vector databases, etc.)
• Experience with voice AI technologies (ElevenLabs, Deepgram, or similar)
• Experience with high-availability systems
• Background in building multi-tenant SaaS applications
