Senior Fullstack Expert (React, Python) - Full-time - EMEA/APAC

Currently in its MVP stage, Seeda.io serves four customers and delivers insights via Google Slides. The company operates as a remote-first team, with members in Vietnam, London, and beyond.

As Seeda.io scales beyond its MVP, we seek a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to develop a scalable, robust, and secure platform.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience to take ownership of our product development. This role requires hands-on coding, architecture planning, and DevOps expertise to scale our marketing mix modeling platform. The ideal candidate should have the ability to translate Figma UI designs into functional front-end applications while ensuring backend efficiency and security.

This is an initial 3-month contract with a strong potential for long-term engagement, possibly evolving into a CTO-like position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain the platform using React (frontend) and Python (backend) on Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery).
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Ensure scalability, security, and robustness of the platform.
• Architecture & Scalability: Develop a scalable architecture to support increased data volume and user demand.
• API & Database Management: Optimize interactions with BigQuery and other cloud services.
• UI Implementation: Convert Figma designs into fully functional and responsive web applications.
• Security & Performance Optimization: Ensure best practices for security and system performance.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Vincent (Data/Analytics), Elisa (Product), and the rest of the team to align technical solutions with business needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of full-stack development experience
• Full-Stack Development: Experience with modern frontend (React) and backend (Python) technologies.
• Scalability & Performance: Experience with building production-level applications.
• DevOps & Cloud: Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Database Knowledge: SQL and data processing experience (BigQuery is a plus but not required).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote-first environment
• Experience in agile development and startup environments is a plus
• Strategic mindset with an eye on future scalability and growth
