Senior Fullstack Developer (React, Node.js) - Full-time - Worldwide

Overview:

We are building Proustify, an AI-powered mental health platform that helps therapists, psychiatrists, and individual users track emotional patterns, voice journals, and progress over time. We’re looking for a full-stack web developer who can translate clean designs and complex data flows into a user-friendly and secure web experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build responsive and accessible front-end interfaces (React or similar)
• Set up and manage back-end services for secure user data storage, journaling logs, and therapist dashboards
• Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Whisper, etc.) for voice-to-text, summarization, and emotional trend analysis
• Collaborate with our designer on UI/UX implementation from Figma mockups
• Ensure data security and compliance with HIPAA standards (for U.S. version)
• Connect back-end to therapist and patient accounts, matching system, and journal entry logic

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• Experience with Vercel, GitHub, and API integration
• Bonus: familiarity with health tech, HIPAA compliance, or multilingual site support (e.g. for Chinese localization)
