Finiti is building AI‑native software for SEC reporting. We are building an AI “corporate lawyer” that drafts, reviews and stress-tests corporate legal filings. Tech under the hood:

• First team to commercialise Stanford’s AI legal persona research into product (NeursIPS 2025); two patents pending
• Multi-agent orchestration with serial/parallel workflows
• Domain-specific prompting + context-aware drafting
• Near-infinite context approximation
• Not just “RAG++” - real architecture-level work

What You’ll Do

•	Lead development of our enterprise-grade platform (Next.js, Python/FastAPI, Azure, Supabase).
•	Architect secure, scalable systems with audit trails, version control, and on-prem deployment.
•	Translate messy legal workflows into structured, deterministic interfaces.
•	Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate agentic systems into enterprise UX.
•	Build a product that feels consumer-grade but meets enterprise standards (SOC2, access control, data provenance).

You Should Have

•	4–8+ years of professional experience, ideally including Big Tech or high-scale SaaS.
•	Proven 0→1 product experience — taking an idea from prototype to production in complex enterprise environments.
•	Mastery of modern full-stack (React/Next.js, TypeScript, Python/FastAPI, SQL/Postgres).
•	Deep understanding of architecture, performance optimization, and secure data workflows.
•	Bonus: exposure to AI or multi-agent systems, enterprise integrations (Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM).
