Role Overview

We’re seeking a Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Supabase, React, and backend API development to help build our healthtech platform. You’ll focus on optimized data modeling, secure API integrations, and delivering a seamless user experience.

Must-Have Skills

• Supabase & PostgreSQL: Deep experience with PostgreSQL, including optimized queries, triggers, and auth; data modeling for complex health data (e.g., SME Health Graph™).
• React: Build UI with Lovable-generated components, Tailwind CSS, and implement basic gamified UX features using tools like Framer Motion.
• Backend/API: Develop REST APIs for Amwell telehealth integration, role-based access control, and HIPAA-compliant data flows.
• HIPAA Fundamentals: Strong understanding of data minimization, audit trails, encryption, and secure handling of health data.
• Startup Mindset: Comfortable with fast iteration cycles, clear communication, and collaborative teamwork.
