Role Overview

Build a secure, hosted web application that keeps lender guidelines and matrices current, converts them into versioned rules with page citations, and helps users evaluate loan scenarios against lender eligibility. The app should support an initial team audience and be designed to expand to broker use over time.

Responsibilities

• Develop a hosted web app that automatically ingests lender guidelines and matrices.
• Convert source materials into versioned rules and retain page citations for reference.
• Keep guideline and matrix information current as lenders make updates.
• Match loan scenarios to eligible lenders and clearly explain why a lender does not qualify when a scenario fails to meet its guidelines.
• Provide fast answers to questions about lender guidelines.
• Track lender representative contacts.
• Support use by the team and accommodate future expansion to brokers.

Required Skills

• Ability to build secure, hosted web applications.
• Experience with automated document ingestion and converting source information into structured, versioned rules.
• Ability to implement loan-scenario matching, eligibility explanations, and guideline question answering.
• Experience designing applications that can support growth in their user base.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with lender guidelines, loan matrices, and loan eligibility workflows.
• Experience maintaining structured information as source documents are updated.
• Experience building tools for internal teams that can later be extended to external broker users.
