About the role:

As one of our early software engineering hires you will own and lead engineering projects across our product lines. You will work closely with our CTO and the data science team and have tremendous growth potential and impact on our engineering culture and product roadmap. You will help design and implement our robust and scalable data and prediction infrastructure at the core of our business. You should thrive in open-ended environments where you define and solve problems. You’ll work closely with the founding team and present results to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of data infrastructure pipeline: Design and implement data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform data from various sources, such as databases, APIs, and third-party services.
• Zero-to-one product development: Rapidly develop and integrate new features or prototype new products.
• Collaboration: Work with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and implement solutions to meet their needs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ SWE experience with 1+years of frontend experience.
• Experience with designing data intensive applications from scratch.
• Strong programming skills and broad software engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
• 1+ years of AWS experience preferred.
• Experience working at early-stage startups is a plus.
• Some frontend experience is a plus.
• Experience with GenAI applications is a plus.
