Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer (TypeScript / React / Node.js) WW-PT

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to join our team and take ownership of SellerAxis, a multi-tenant SaaS platform dedicated to inventory management, listing automation, marketplace integrations, and warehouse workflows. The platform is already live and serving customers, and we need an experienced engineer to enhance its reliability, address critical workflow issues, and guide the product's evolution towards becoming a scalable and maintainable solution.

Responsibilities

• Immediately improve and stabilize critical user-facing workflows.
• Resolve UI/UX issues to enhance customer adoption and experience.
• Debug and fix production bugs across the platform.
• Enhance application reliability, consistency, and usability.
• Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks and usability challenges.
• Take ownership of features from design through deployment, ensuring quality and performance.
• Build and enhance product functionality across the stack, refactoring existing code as necessary.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services to expand platform capabilities.
• Guide technical decisions and contribute to platform evolution.
• Enhance platform reliability and system health through testing, logging, and monitoring.
• Conduct periodic system reviews and health checks to identify risks and improve security and data handling practices.
• Establish engineering best practices to support long-term growth.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with TypeScript for both frontend and backend applications.
• Professional experience with React and modern frontend development.
• Extensive backend experience with Node.js.
• Proven experience working within existing production codebases.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.
• Ability to independently identify issues and drive solutions.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Comfortable taking ownership of features and making technical decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Fastify.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and modern ORMs like Drizzle ORM.
• Experience with e-commerce, marketplace, or inventory management platforms.
• Familiarity with eBay, Amazon, or other marketplace APIs.
• Experience improving or stabilizing existing SaaS products.
• Experience implementing testing, monitoring, and observability practices.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and data handling best practices.
