Senior Full Stack Engineer (Shopify, React, Next.JS) - FT - Europe

About Us

We’re a Shopify-focused digital agency building high-performing eCommerce solutions for ambitious brands. We’re looking for an experienced freelance Senior Full-Stack Developer to provide immediate technical leadership and support while we search for our long-term hire.

The Role

You’ll work closely with our founder and development team to take over key technical responsibilities—code review, QA, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality client projects.
This role is perfect for someone who’s comfortable jumping into ongoing projects, handling ambiguity, and delivering results fast.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and optimize code across multiple projects
• Assist with QA processes and technical decision-making
• Translate high-level briefs into actionable technical requirements
• Work hands-on with our tech stack: Shopify (Liquid), React, Next.js, Remix, TypeScript, Node.js
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers
• Collaborate with PM and design teams to ensure timely, quality delivery

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer (agency or startup background preferred)
• Shopify (Liquid) expertise essential
• Strong frontend focus with solid backend skills
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working with vague briefs and taking initiative
• English fluency required; Spanish a plus
• Availability to start immediately and commit to agreed project timelines
